2009 Advance Reservations

An Advance Reservation Request is a request to rent a specific vacation home for specific 2009 dates. There is an Advance Reservation Administrative Fee charged for each requested week. Requests may be made Monday - Friday. They are not accepted on weekends. An Advance Reservation does not guarantee the availability of a home, the rental rate, or rental season. The availability of a home for rental, the rental rate, and changes to a home or its furnishings, are established solely by the homeowner.

Advance Reservations may be changed to another available date in the same home one time at no additional charge. If a tenant wants to change dates more than one time or if they wish to change houses, they must make a new Advance Reservation and pay an additional fee per week. Advance Reservations are not transferrable to another person.

The tenant who is renting a home in 2008 has priority status for the same approximate dates in the same home for 2009 if they make their request by the last Friday of their stay. If a tenant doesn’t make their Advance Reservation by the last Friday of their stay, the time period is available for general booking the following Monday morning.
