Loved the screened porch!

Loved the screened porch and beach access!  Electronic amenities were nice and furniture comfortable.

We overall enjoyed our 2 week stay at Good Company, and continue to love everything about Topsail Island! The location and floor plan of this property were great. We loved that our three children had their own part of the house with bedrooms, bath and second family room. The deck, outdoor shower and screened porch were wonderful. The central AC was problematic. It is not effective (at all) in the front 2 bedrooms, those rooms really require their own window units to be comfortable (which Topsail Realty provided quickly upon request, they were excellent to work with). It worked marginally in the rest of the house and broke down completely during our visit (but was repaired same day, but still marginal cooling). The TV situation should also be made clear upon reservation (we enjoy watching programs in the evening after a long day on the beach). The service was provided through Roku (not cable). We were only able to make it work by connecting through our personal satellite company (which required a pricing upgrade fee for full access, which we didn’t do). We ended up with just a few channels for access, which worked out fine, but may not for others.
