Light wood paneling walls and white painted wood cabinetry welcome you to this traditional and simplistically furnished beachfront cottage known as Sutton Place. Bring your family and one canine companion (at no charge) to this uncomplicated space for a budget-friendly vacation. The great room style living and dining areas provide seating for everyone for relaxing, playing a board game, or dining. The large kitchen bar is ideal for prepping and showing off your simple fare for any meal prepared. Two ocean facing bedrooms offer scenic views of the Atlantic Ocean while the two street facing bedrooms provide glimpses of Topsail Island's area scenery. The covered ocean side porch is ideal for relaxing in the shade while the street side open deck allows you to soak in the sun's rays. Enjoy all the complimentary seaside amenities that won't hurt your wallet including splashing in the waves, building sand castles on the shore, or walking the tide line looking for shells for your collection.
