Shared facilities between upper and lower levels: Driveway/parking, phone line, ground level back patio with furniture, fish cleaning sink, gas grill (gas provided), enclosed outside shower w/hot water. Back yard storage shed and hot tub not available. NO SMOKING IN HOUSE OR OUTSIDE. $150/WEEK PLUS TAX PET RENT EACH FOR UP TO 2 DOGS - 1 DOG PER LEVEL.
