Boat lift not available. NO SMOKING IN HOUSE. $150/WEEK PLUS TAX PET RENT EACH FOR UP TO 2 DOGS. GRILLING ALLOWED - MUST BE AT LEAST 10 FT. FROM HOUSE. 200 steps (approx. 400ft.) from the beach.
