Two covered decks w/furniture, enclosed outside shower w/hot water, charcoal grill. Fireplace not available. NO SMOKING IN HOUSE. $150/WEEK PLUS TAX PET RENT EACH FOR UP TO 2 DOGS. Ample parking, safe side street for children in quiet neighborhood, large backyard. Short walk to beach and sound accesses.
