Owner's apartment upstairs not for tenant use and is not used by owner during summer season. NO SMOKING IN HOUSE OR OUTSIDE. $150/WEEK PLUS TAX PET RENT EACH FOR UP TO 4 DOGS. Computer workstation with office supplies (stapler, tape, paper clips, etc...) in great room. Easy beach & sound accesses w/sandy beach on sound for swimming.
