This inviting house on Topsail Beach provides dreamy, comfortable rooms and it is meticulously clean, fresh and well stocked. There are also real life amenities such as a whole house water filtration system and gates on the decks. Whether you like to spend your days running or reading and your evenings on the beach side or watching the sunset on the sound side porch, you and your crew can have it all. Oh, and there are some beach chairs too!

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:
• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)
• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy
• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom
Living areas on 1 level.
Central heat & air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer in ground level 1/2 bath.
Well equipped kitchen.
Whole house water filtration system.
5 cable (digital service with movie channels including HBO, Showtime, and Cinemax) flat panel TVs including a new 55 inch HDTV and DVR in the living area and flat panel HDTV in each bedroom, DVD player in living area.
CD player, and stereo/radio with surround sound speakers.

Large oceanside covered and open gated deck with built-in benches, lounge chairs, rockers, and more.

Enclosed outside shower with hot water, second outside shower with cold water only.
Grilling allowed. Gas grill (gas provided). Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
No smoking allowed in house. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.
No pets allowed. Under no circumstances are pets are permitted in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day:
• During November through March excluding the holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Days with a 3 night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.
• During April through October and holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are only permitted within 10 days of arrival and must be booked within a Saturday-Saturday time frame.
