We had a wonderful time at Topsail this year! Good Times and Tan Lines was amazing! We enjoyed the beautiful views, easy walks to the beach and special memories with our doggy! So thankful such an amazing home is also pet friendly!

When we arrived at 4:00, home was being cleaned. We were told to give them 45 minutes and they should be finished. Cleaners were gone 20 minutes later and the kitchen had to be cleaned by us to be satisfactory and master bedroom had sandy floor and we also had to clean it. House is furnished nicely and kitchen was well equipped. Grill needs replacing. We tried to cook hamburgers and hot dogs the first night and we couldn’t get the burgers cooked through and couldn’t get a char on the hotdogs. We froze our steaks and brought them back home with us so as not to ruin them trying to cook them on this grill. Master bed is very comfortable but there is no door on the master suite. Just up the stairs from the living room turn left and you are in the master suite. No privacy for my husband and myself. Closet door was not attached to the master closet, just sitting on the floor. Also screens were not on sliding doors that go out to the patio, just propped up on the patio. The parking area underneath the house is lower than the lawn area around it. It flooded when we washed the sand off our chairs and wagon. It also flooded when it rained. There was muddy muck accumulation on this area making it unusable to store our beach belongings and corn hole boards. It was also nasty on your feet when coming off the beach barefooted.This is definitely an area that needs to be addressed. This is a nice house and with a few corrections would be a wonderful place to stay.
