Enjoy this fantastic location directly on the sound (Banks Channel), right in the quaint town of Topsail Beach! Walk everywhere - to the beach (550 steps), or to our famous little roller skating rink, ice cream shops, restaurants, wine bar, gift shops, fishing pier, pubs, fresh seafood vendor, Missiles and More Museum (think family Bingo on Thursday nights!) and so much more. Just steps from the Topsail Beach Town Park, with its picnic tables, playground, basketball hoops, and pickleball courts. Be in the center of it all!
This home is located right on the gorgeous sound, with a brand new private dock and your own private beach right in front of the house at low tide. Great for swimming, rafting...even wading for clams for dinner! The dock has both stationary and floating docks, perfect for fishing, crabbing, and getting into your kayaks, paddle-boards, and canoes! Locals like to swim out to "the island" at low tide, a sand bar a short distance offshore, where boats converge for a unique atmosphere of boats, kids, dogs, and grills- with a good bit of clamming fun, too! The exterior of this home boasts 2 huge covered porches - the upper porch is equipped with comfortable cushioned modern outdoor furniture (no plastic chairs here) and wooden rockers, and a sunning deck with lounges facing the sound as well as a hot tub. The lower level has a covered Shuffleboard court, Corn Hole set up, as well as a hopscotch court for the little ones. Soundfront horse shoe pit as well!
The home has over 2700 square feet of lovely indoor space that includes large floor to ceiling windows to watch the spectacular sunsets that this tiny town is known for. There are two large living rooms (each with large flat screen Smart TV) plus a small upstairs reading room with a smart TV, a brand new bar room (with refrigerator and foldaway game/poker table). The kitchen has been recently updated to include stainless appliances, granite counter tops, and stainless steel subway tile. There is a seasonal fireplace in the living room (Available October through March). All bedrooms have brand new pillow-top Serta Perfect Sleeper mattresses, and room darkening plantation blinds for those who like to sleep in. A porta-crib and high chair are provided.
We welcome up to 2 dogs, but our neighbors keep an eye out for us; failure to pay the pet fee will result in a breach of contract. Your cooperation and honesty will assure that we will continue to welcome these pets in the future.

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:
• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)
• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy
• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom!
Central heat and air, refrigerator with ice maker, second refrigerator and bar area in family room/den, dishwasher, washer/dryer.
High chair, porta-crib.
Four Smart TVs with access to streaming apps and over-the-air channels as may be available, Blu-ray/DVD player, foldaway game/poker table.
Wireless high speed internet access.

The Town of Topsail Beach provides a boat launch to the public for a fee about a block south of the home. Visit the Town of Topsail Beach's website for details.
Note: Driveway is between rope fence south of Breezeway and north of house at 708 Channel Blvd.; limited parking tandem style on the south side of the home. Parking for 2 larger vehicles or trucks or 3 smaller vehicles. Town of Topsail Beach does have public parking nearby at the Public Park, beach access, and near Town Hall they offer boat trailer parking.
Ground level interior areas, exterior cargo lift, and boat lift at dock are not available for tenant use.
Grilling allowed. Large stationary charcoal grill provided. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
No smoking allowed in house. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.
Up to 2 dogs allowed with paid pet rent of $21.43 per dog per night reserved plus tax. Premises that allow pets only allow friendly, housebroken, flea free dogs over 12 months old that are on a veterinarian approved monthly flea/tick treatment and prevention program. Birds, cats, and all other pets are prohibited. Families that bring dogs are required to follow pet policies and pay non-refundable pet rent for each dog as applicable with their reservations. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Policies are strictly enforced.
Only full weekly or multi-week stays Sunday - Sunday are permitted during May - September and holiday weeks during 2023 - in 2024, the home will be Saturday-Saturday. Partial week and alternate arrival/departure getaways permitted with a 3 night minimum stay required during October - April non-holiday weeks only.
