This rental is beautiful and is in a wonderful location, just a few miles from the bridge in a quiet neighborhood, and just a few minutes in walking distance to the ocean. You have wonderful sound views with the most beautiful sunsets. This rental was great with friends for a weekend getaway, and had everything we needed. Great for families, and close to restaurants, but also included everything you needed for a night in if you prefer to cook. I definitely would recommend this spot for your next rental.

Wonderful sound side beach retreat with excellent location and plenty of space to host our family. Excellent communication with the owner at all times. Nothing overlooked by the hosts. Highly recommended and will visit again.

The Oceanaire makes for an enjoyable, comfortable and convenient stay in Surf City. The house is well equipped, has plenty of sleeping space, and includes beach chairs and toys. The beach access is only a short walk from the house and the sunset view overlooking the ICW is stunning. We made sure to take it in every night! The outdoor shower is fantastic too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again! Five stars.

Our go-to spot for Surf City! We’ve rented the Oceanaire several times over the last few years and it never disappoints. The owners ensure the property is always tip-top. Awesome views from every balcony. Beach, shopping, and restaurants are within a short walk. Five Star Experience every time we visit!

Paradise! Since 2017 this has been the perfect location for our annual girls trip and we are already booked for another trip next summer. The layout is perfect to accommodate our group and provides each of us with our own rooms and bathrooms. The owners have taken great care to furnish the home with comfortable, functional, and cute coastal decor and even provide beach items. The kitchen comes equipped with all necessary items we need during our stay. The views from the rear balconies is stunning all day long. You can even catch a peek of the ocean from the top deck. Short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Can’t wait for our next trip!

Great experience and time!

My family and I enjoyed spending time here. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us with beds to spare. The proximity to the beach was great and the view of the marsh was peaceful too. Loved all the balconies and space. The home included a lot of things we didn’t expect (bedding, towels, iron, ironing board, plenty of kitchen items, beach chairs, boogey boards, etc).

What a gem! Just a short walk to the beach with a public parking access and handicap ramp accessibility (and port-o-potty). Back deck (including a ground floor back patio) with sunset views that CAN'T BE BEAT! Beautiful, comfy, coastal accommodations for a large group of friends or family. Stocked kitchen for cooking in -or- take a short walk/car ride to a local restaurant or pub for a tasty meal and cocktails. Annnnd - drum roll please... a SPACIOUS, CLEAN outdoor shower (that's not dark and full of spiders!:)) Highly recommend - 5 stars all the way!!! Can't wait for my next trip!
