DVD player. Board games and puzzles for family fun! Wireless high speed internet access. Fireplace is not available at any time. Covered porch and open deck areas with furniture and Topsail Sound views! Streetside enclosed porch - great reading nook and boardgame area! Parking for up to 4 cars available on S Anderson Blvd driveway only. No parking on Carolina Blvd side of property. Less than 800 feet from the Hines Ave and Scott Ave public beach accesses with parking as well as the Hines Ave and Scott Ave public sound accesses with parking. Scott Ave sound access is perfect for kayak launching! Various beach chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, and beach cart are available for tenant use. Grilling is permitted, gas grill provided. Grill must be pulled into the gravel area away from the home on the Carolina Blvd side of the home for use. No smoking allowed inside or outside on premises at any time. Strictly enforced. No tenant pets allowed. Strictly enforced. Fireplace is not available for tenant use at any time. Partial Week Getaways: • During November through March excluding the holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day. • During April through October and holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways with a 2 night minimum stay are only permitted within 10 days of arrival and must be booked within a Sunday-Sunday time frame.
