Prepare to be stunned by the open plan living area that features upscale coastal chic décor with 16’ ceilings, ample seating, Smart TV, and access to the top-level wrap-around deck. The wrap-around deck offers lounge seating with ocean & marsh views. The dining area has seating for 6. The beautiful well-stocked kitchen offers granite countertops, premier stainless appliances, and has countertop seating for 3.

On the second level, there is a family room with a queen-sized sleeper sofa, Smart TV, and Golden Tee arcade game. Bedroom 1, the Primary Suite, features a king-sized bed with huge on-suite bathroom with dual rainfall walk-in shower, walk-in closet, Smart TV, and second deck access. Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed deck-access, and Smart TV. Bedroom 3 is a kids dream with features a queen-bed, fun twin-sized bunk bed with pull out trundle, and has access to a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination and a double vanity.

Bedroom 4 is located on the top-level of the home and features a queen-sized bed, a Smart TV, and access to the wrap-around porch.

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:
• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)
• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy
• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom

Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without a refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.

No smoking is allowed in the house. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guests for additional cleaning and could result in the eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in the future.

No pets allowed. Under no circumstances are pets permitted in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
