Housekeepers

Employment Type:  Seasonal 

Join our in-house Housekeeping team for 2020!

Ideal Candidates will:

• be 18 years old or older
• be dependable, reliable, and trustworthy
• be able to follow set of specfic guidelines and cleaning procedures
• have a general knowledge of the Topsail Island area
• be able to work as a team or an individual 
• have a mobile phone capable of downloading and utilizing property management app as well as familiarity and ability to send and/or receive text messages and emails for field communications with Topsail Realty
• have his/her own dependable transportation, a valid NC Driver's License, and personal auto insurance
• be availableWork Saturday and/or Sunday from 8:00 am until 6:00 pm as needed (weekday availability a plus)
• be able to work in a variety of environmental conditions (rain, wind, humidity, heat, cold, etc.)
• be able to lift and carry 30 to 60 pounds of clean or dirty linen bags

Hired Housekeepers will:

• work directly for Topsail Realty Vacations LLC as an employee
• be on company payroll
• receive a very competitive wage
• will not need his/her own liability or worker's comp insurance coverage (covered by company's policy)
• represent the company with professionalism and a positive attitude
• follow specific guidelines and checklists to ensure consistency in cleaning standards
