The Island of Topsail is off Highway 17 along the coast of southeastern North Carolina. It’s located between Wilmington and Jacksonville. The 26-mile long island is home to the Town of Topsail Beach on the southern end, North Topsail Beach on the northernmost end, and Surf City, the largest town on the island, in the center.
You’re sure to enjoy our friendly, family-oriented style beaches and will appreciate the lack of any high rise development. Conservation of the island environment is a top priority among homeowners. There are restaurants, gift shops, a fishing pier and other local businesses on the island for you to visit while you’re here.
