Topsail Realty has been representing the best vacation rental properties on Topsail Island for over 40 years, making us one of Topsail Island’s most experienced and well-established real estate management companies. We personally operate our locally owned company and are dedicated to providing vacation rental homes for you and your family to enjoy. We are the only major company on the Island that has chosen to specialize in offering vacation rental homes only. We don't do long-term rentals or sales.
