The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes: • Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made) • Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy • Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom Central heat & air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Fireplace is not available for tenant use. 2 cable TVs. Wireless high speed internet access. This home does not have SmartHome keyless entry - guest will need to arrange to pick up and return keys from our office. No contact and after hours pick up and return are available. Top level sunroom with 360 degree views! Multiple outdoor open and covered gated deck and patio spaces with furniture providing beautiful sound views! Screened sound view porch with furniture! 2 enclosed outside showers with hot water. Private gated pool on sound side patio! Parking for up to 4 cars in driveway. 400 steps, approximately 800 feet, to the community beach access walkover right across from the beginning of Cutlass Dr. Community dock and sound access are not for tenant use at any time. Grilling allowed - no grill provided. No tenant pets are allowed at any time - strictly enforced. No smoking allowed in house or outside at any time - no smoking policy strictly enforced. Partial Week Getaways: • During November through March excluding the holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day. • During April through October and holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are only permitted within 10 days of arrival and must be booked within a Sunday-Sunday time frame. Ask about an Active-Duty Military Discount for active-duty military or immediate family of active-duty military! (Discount not combined with any other offer or discount.
