Kitchen has stainless appliances with counter seating for informal use, as well as an extra dining area for additional seating or family game time. Living room is family-friendly with plenty of board games, puzzles and movies. The kitchen is well stocked with every gadget, small appliance and utensil needed to prepare your perfect vacation meal. The master bedroom opens onto an ocean side deck to greet the day. There are gates on the walkway and decks. This is a great location offering privacy, yet not too far from the Surf City Pier and local restaurants. Bring all your vacation gear (or rent local): bikes, boards, chairs, fishing poles, umbrellas, and enjoy your vacation!

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:
• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)
• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy
• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom
Central heat & air, ceiling fans, stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer.
3 cable TVs with digital service including a flat screen TV in the living area and 32 inch flat screen TVs in the master bedroom and lower queen bedroom, DVD player, CD player.
SmartHome - Wireless high speed internet access.
Covered and open decks with nice deck furniture including rocking chairs, dining table and chairs, various small tables.
Duplex with private driveway and entrance with parking for up to 5 cars.
Oceanside decks, and private gated beach access walkway.
Enclosed outside shower with hot water plus rinse-off shower on the walkway to the beach.
Grilling allowed. Charcoal grill provided. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
No smoking allowed in house. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.
Up to 2 dogs allowed with paid pet rent of $25.00 per dog per night reserved plus tax. - please note: Dog breeds are limited and cannot include these breeds or these mix breeds: Pitbulls, Pit Terriers, and Rottweilers; please provide the following information for your dog when making your reservation request: age, size, and breed information - guest must submit this information for approval prior to signing Agreement. Premises that allow pets only allow friendly, housebroken, flea free dogs over 12 months old that are on a veterinarian approved monthly flea/tick treatment and prevention program. Birds, cats, and all other pets are prohibited. Families that bring dogs are required to follow pet policies and pay non-refundable pet rent for each dog as applicable with their reservations. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Policies are strictly enforced.
Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day:
• During November through March excluding the holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Days with a 3 night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.
