And, the location in the heart of downtown Surf City is sure to add to the appeal when you can walk to shops, restaurants, Touch Tank Aquarium, scenic walking paths over the sound and the oceanfront family pier!

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:
• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)
• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy
• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom
Elevator, central heat & air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, beverage refrigerator, washer/dryer.
7 cable (digital service) TVs - living room and each bedroom! 3 TVs additionally are Smart TVs with access to streaming apps. DVD player.
Wireless high-speed internet access.
Two level oceanside deck with furniture.
Enclosed outside shower with hot water on the lower oceanside deck.
Carport and driveway parking up to 6 cars.
Grilling allowed. Gas grill (gas provided - for refills purchase exchange and provide copy of receipt to rental office for reimbursement.) Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
No smoking allowed in house or outside. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.
No tenant pets allowed. Under no circumstances are tenants permitted to have pets in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day:
• The week after Labor Day to the week before Memorial Day, excluding the holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Days with a 4 night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.
• Memorial Day week through Labor Day week, only full weekly stays Saturday-Saturday are permitted.
