This home boasts 4 ocean side bedrooms each with sliders that access one of the decks as well as a bay side bedroom which sleeps four. It offers ocean views from almost every room, with all the amenities you desire to make a great family vacation: granite countertops, a fully stocked modern kitchen with stainless appliances, beverage fridge and ice maker. Multiple deck areas to take in the seaside vista or dolphins include a sun deck and covered deck with ample seating and dining tables. Top it all off with a Foosball table for hours of fun and an elevator for convenience. You also have boogie boards, sand toys and chairs as well as an outside shower and grill. A great location south of downtown Topsail Beach, where you can spread out on the beach, wander to the point, or take a meandering walk or short drive up Ocean Blvd. to the quaint shops and restaurants in the area. Combine all this with the electronic conveniences including WIFI, 6 flat panel smart TVs, and a Blu-Ray/DVD player, plus beds made prior to arrival with freshly laundered sheets and bath linens included as well and you have a wonderfully modern home away from home, with something for everyone!

  • The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths with beds made prior to arrival is included! Top bunks and trundles are not pre-made. Bedding is not typically provided for sleeper sofas.
  • Elevator, central heat & air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer, beverage refrigerator.
  • 6 cable (digital service) HDTVs (living area and each bedroom), Blu-Ray/DVD player.
  • Wireless high speed internet access.
  • Foosball table for family fun!
  • Oceanside deck spaces including covered and open deck areas with furniture.
  • Enclosed outside shower with hot water on ground level.
  • Boogie boards and beach furniture provided for your convenience!
  • Grilling allowed. Gas grill (gas provided).

  • Partial week getaways permitted with arrival through May 2nd - 4 night minimum stay required. Must be booked within 10 days of arrival within Sunday-Sunday time frame.

    July 2017: Sunshine Daydreams has been, by far, the best beach house I've ever stayed in!  All the little extras, such as a fully stocked kitchen, walk-on beach access, the checkers and foosball, beach chairs and toys all made this stay wonderful.  The rooms and beds were very comfortable.  The living area and kitchen were spacious!  Wonderful, amazing stay!

    Check in time is 4:00 pm on Saturday or Sunday (depending on the turn day for your house) and chack out time  is 10 am the following Saturday or Sunday.  Some of our properties will allow for a 1:00 pm check in.  There is a $75 plus tax fee.
